We are here 7 days a week!
Monday - Friday 8a - 7p and Saturday 9a -5p in an effort to answer all of your questions and to ensure you get the support and guidance you need to make the best decision for your health. Patient Support Specialist are all educated on the program and Ohio law.
Follow Up Appointments
When you leave your appointment with the doctor we hope you are well educated and prepared to go to a dispensary, however, the reality is sometimes you have more questions & would like more clarity. Your membership includes an unlimited amount of free follow-ups with any of our certified physicians throughout the year.
Medical Records Counselors
We know it can be difficult to obtain medical records from your physician so we are here to help you. We can send releases, contact your physician's office and work with you to ensure you have what you need to get approved.
Priority Tickets to Expos & Webinars
We are the state leading provider for medical marijuana cards and we pride ourselves on educating patients on cannabis and the marijuana program. As a patient, you get priority access to all expos and webinars, including discounts on events!
Indigent Registration
We know the process can be confusing, which is why we take our services one step further. If you are on social security disability or if you are a vet, we will ensure you get enrolled in the state registry as indigent status so you get access to dispensary discounts.

Our physicians are compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. They will provide you with a treatment plan so you feel empowered to make the best decision for you. We also have bi-lingual physicians on staff. We don't want a language barrier to stop you from getting the help you deserve.

Due to COVID-19, our office locations are currently closed. However, we are still open at our Independence location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 AM to 3 PM at 4500 Rockside Road Suite #200.
