Finally, the very first drive-thru medical marijuana dispensary has opened in Lorain, Ohio. The dispensary is called The Citizen by Klutch, and they grow their products locally in Akron. Drive thru options are great for those who want to skip the lines and save time!
The Citizen by Klutch also offers an interactive kiosk instead of a paper menu for customers to order from. The kiosk will explain the strain and brand of products as well as inform customers on current specials or sales.
You will basically put your product on the kiosk and it will populate with everything you need to know about the product. This is just another great example of how much Ohio’s medical marijuana program has grown!
Drive thru locations are great for those who cannot physically come in to grab their medicine due to an ailment or for those who want to make their trip as quick and efficient as possible. The drive thru will be fully operational starting next week.
The drive thru is for customers who order their medicine online; you cannot just shop in the drive thru. So, if you order ahead, you can go through the drive thru to pick up your medicine instead of having to wait in line.
The director of retail operations for the company says that in the future they may allow customers to shop in the drive thru. For now, it's pre-orders only!
The dispensary and drive thru is located at 5152 Grove Ave. (Ohio 57), just north of Interstate 90.
