In these uncertain times, we know finances are a concern for most and OMC wants to do a little to try and help. For any patient with a graduating high school senior, we are offering a scholarship contest where the winner will be awarded $2,500 to be used towards their college tuition.

To enter, have your child submit a 200-word essay in the form below about a hardship in their life they've experienced and how they've overcome it.

Deadline for submissions is Saturday, February 20. 

 

We ask that you are comfortable with your name and story being displayed on social media and our website. Winners will be announced on February 26th. The money will be paid directly to the school of your choice.
