Yesterday was an exciting day for Dayton- and Cleveland-area patients as both Mad River Remedies dispensary in Riverside and Rise dispensary in Cleveland hosted their ceremonial ribbon cutting events!
Rise Dispensary in Cleveland
The event in Cleveland was an ideal opportunity for patients to receive a tour of the facility and talk with Rise team members in preparation for the official opening. While Rise - Cleveland does not yet have their certificate of operations, the team plans to have the dispensary open by the end of the month of July.
The facility is easily located at the corner of Bolivar Road and Prospect Avenue E. next to the intersection of Prospect Avenue E. and E. 14th Street. Located at 1222 Prospect Avenue E. on a corner lot, the dispensary's interior is clean and minimalistic creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for patients. The Rise team are outwardly friendly and compassionate with knowledge to boot.
Due to the dispensary's location in downtown Cleveland, parking can be somewhat difficult to locate. For this reason, Rise has purchased four parking meters in front of the dispensary that can be used and the Rise team will have change ready for any patients that may need it. Aside from the street parking, there are parking lots surrounding the dispensary that can also be utilized. Or, if you live in Cleveland, it may be within walking distance!
Rise - Cleveland will be the company's third Ohio dispensary, bringing with them the experience from their Toledo and Lorain locations. Patients have had nothing but positive things to say about the Rise locations currently open, and based on the ribbon cutting event Rise - Cleveland will bring with them the standard that they have established in other locations.
Mad River Remedies in Riverside (Dayton)
Our Cincinnati team - Jason and Jill - made a trip up to Mad River Remedies yesterday to participate in the ribbon cutting event. The mayor of Riverside was present at the event, and the full Mad River Remedies team was there for the official opening of Dayton's first dispensary.
Mad River Remedies has had a "soft opening" for the last couple of weeks, but yesterday they made the opening official as they cut the ribbon and guided patients into the dispensary. During the soft opening Mad River Remedies had a limited product supply, however now that they have officially opened they will be expanding their product line.
